Frequency

Been working extensively on frequency.  Maintaining  Chitta Prasadanam, pleasant mind.  Gratitude, appreciation, compassion for suffering.  The effect on the nervous system is stunning.  The muscles stay relaxed.  As disharmony  arises around me there are moments of realizing that all I have to do is remain in integrity.  These things will pass.
