Ishvara pranidhana. I release all attachment to the outcome, and the illusion that I comprehend what is going on. I acknowledge that the complexity of this experience and the factors involved is unfathomable to the mind, and release all resistance, and efforts to hold things in some way in which i "think" they should be.
May my body mind and heart serve as a conduit for the flow of unconditional love out into my family, friends, community and world. May this practice in some way serve others.
May the frequency of my resonant aspects (multidimensional body) resonate gratitude, appreciation, compassion and my my practice of life amplify this frequency in a way that points towards liberation.
May body and all body systems sing this loving frequency, and my I recognize challenges as necessary adjustments which align these manifest aspects in a away in which direct perception of truth is possible.
May I be guided by and responsive to the flow which leads towards highest liberation.
